Well done Mani - I would not have been out in Jan - that is impressive!
With Bike Intervals, the puls does not get so high - that is normal :) If you want higher puls on the bike, then you should train hill intervals.....
or try spinning! some gears down and go for it. you gonna look like a freak than but who cares. its training :P
