I’m pretty sure it was 21 degrees at an early spring World Cup race in Portugal which felt like one of the hottest races I’d done! Some teams were using ice to keep cool..

I believe it Ness! I ran the Sheffield Half Marathon one year when it was 23 (in April) and everyone nearly died.
