| mikeminium: | Thanks, Ghost. I am planning to drive to the Texas A meet and fly to the Arizona one, both in Feb. Let me know if you decide to go to either one. |

| dersu: | Congratulations, Mike. You would have won M35 also. |

| hkleaf: | Yeah congratulations, Mike! Looks like you're in fine shape. Too bad I won't be able to battle with you at the Nursery O' this Sunday. |

| mikeminium: | Thanks, all. I appreciate the compliments. I'm happy with the runs with the exception of one 4-5 min mistake each day. I'm still not sure how I messed up #1 so badly on Day 2, but after looking at the leg several times, I think I mis-drew what I did on Route Gadget. I think I made the same mistake as dersu and dabond, starting up the wrong reentrant system, but going much farther up than they did, and eventually curling counterclockwise all the way back around the top of the rentrants. That's the only way I can explain both the amount of time I spent, plus what seemed like running forever in the attempt to relocate that brought me back across the control. Well Nursery O', Texas and Arizona A meets coming up, so lets all stay healthy and have some good runs... |

| dersu: | mike: I see your name on the big board!
Concerning day2#1: the water level of the lake was low enough that the branching of the reentrants was high enough that you just didn't see the correct reentrant unless you were looking for it. I think that fast running imposes a kind of tunnel-vision. |
