| Acampbell: | I agree! I count down hill skiing cus it gets your heart rate up a little bit and your still moving around, your not like sitting on the coach all day. |

| ebone: | Don't your quads burn sometimes when you ski? Mine did when I used to downhill ski ages ago. Seems like skiing probably has some value as a low-intensity strength workout, anyway. |
