We have a sweet aqi of 200 AND my full face gas mask came in. So I went for run. Ran for 10k and the sweat did not hurt eyes. Certainly suggest.

We’re at around 200. I can’t imagine 500. I don’t know what to say....but want you to know I’m thinking of you.
