Pretty nice. Always great to have a visit with SF, and glad you got to do it.

So, you skipped the night at the hotel on Grand Ave? Bummer about the smoke. We've been having mostly good air here.

dwildfogel. I am confused about Grand Av. Hoping for smokeless days for then last 3 days of our voyage.

My mistake, George. In my hasty reading of your itinerary, I saw that today you were planning on hiking on the Laramie o-maps and then staying at the Hampton Inn. I jumped to the conclusion that you meant the Hampton Inn on Grand Ave in Laramie. I see now that you had in fact indicated Green River, WY.

Hope you get those smokeless days!

So we played the Hampton Inn shell game. Ended up staying at the one in Rock Springs where they had free cookies.

Well, that doesn't help: all the Hampton Inn's I've stayed at have free cookies.
