I got mine last week but in my right shoulder (and it hurt for a few days, though the shot itself was painless). Are you left handed? I was told I'd get it in my right, dominant, shoulder so I'd move it around more.

No, right-handed, but never thought about "moving the arm more" as a solution. Maybe for my next shot (shingles)....

And, for what it's worth, I didn't sleep on that side last night but it feels much better today. And today's yoga practice didn't involve the arms much! All in the hips.

We’re on a wait list for the over-65 flu shots. Maybe it was last year I got a flu shot and a shingles shot at the same time. One in each shoulder. That was interesting.

I got my flu shot at the doctor's office (annual well visit) but they said Medicare said to get the shingles shot elsewhere, so I need to schedule that at a pharmacy, I guess.

I got my flu shot, two Shingrix shots, and pneumococcus vaccine at the pharmacy last winter. I had to pay for the Shingrix, but the others were covered.
