Ouch. But... have you looked at my injury history? Actually I really got fit again after tearing my patellar tendon in 1998, before that I was going downhill every year.

Unfortunately there are quite a few on there who haven't recovered... Looks like most use a combination of stretching; Foam Roller / deep tissue massage; Strength including pilates

Thanks O Ing. Very considerate of you. I obviously have to be more proactive to stop the grasual slide down the worm hole

The roller or the spikey ball work well for a lot of leg issues. The other important aspect is if there is an underlying weakness or imbalance which has caused the issue. As owing says targeted exercise to overcome the issue
