do you remember the Perfect 10? Would be good to start doing regular stretching esp after harder sessions/hard surfaces. Prehab better than rehab :-)
I do at least 30 mins yoga/stretching every day. I think these new niggles are just due to massive change in lifestyle: sitting down in my room all day, and then the running is either pounding on tarmac or steep Arthur’s seat

Roadshoes I’m wearing right now are inov8 terraultras, not really road shoes but most cushioning I’ve ever had on a shoe. Bit weary of trying something with more cushion road shoe style as I’ve literally always worn minimalist inov8s
