Impressed by your regular 3-hour Sunday runs.
Out of interest, how do you structure these? Do you run the same speed the whole time, or a mixture, or do you even take breaks? Is it all trail or a mix of surfaces?
He jogs out to a cabin, eats a bun by the fire while complaining about the weather, then after a good half an hour jogs home.
It is mostly the same speed/intensity the whole way except when Ezra wants to show off how good he is at running on trails. There is a cabin, called Vangen, at about halfway which serves buns and drinks, my understanding is that if you visit Vangen with a Norwegian you are legally required to stop for at least a bun. The loop we have been running so far is the "gravel loop" which has about 8-9k gravel roads in 2 big sections, then rest is probably 90% small paths (single track), 10% bigger paths
