The season has started - awesome! Any sore muscles yet?
Only mildly sore this morning - inner groin is often sore the first few times. Triceps insertion can bother me if I jump into too much mileage to quickly (eg going to Supercamp before I've done any other nordic skiing).
I’m always reminded of a few muscles that apparently don’t get much summer use. Enjoy!
