Was that a rest day like Tash's training plans?
Every day is a rest day in my Training plans
Your only going to see logging on day 2,12,22,32... as that’s the runs logging the other days is not worthwhile even when it gets out to say 100 as it’s things like do x push-ups or x burpees - nothing really challenging the running is actually the hardest as it gets out to 1hr runs by day 82.
So it's not an 82km run then? Doesn't sound too hard.

Nar it should be reasonably straight forward providing I can make time for the longer runs.
