At least advanced beginner. Lots of stuff that my knees say ouch on (curtsey squats being one; jumping jacks another). Good for you!
I modified a lot of it - slowed it down or didn't lunge as deeply. I have good knees and my knees were talkin'. I kind of enjoyed how there is no talking, and just a timer. You do what you can no one to judge you. :O))
My butt kinda hurts today.
