It should hopefully not be too long, and my coach has sent all of my teammates in my dorm some HITT workouts to do while we can't run which will be good to do. And it gives me more time to do the pile of work I have so that's helpful too.
Indeed, you can focus on strength and other things you can do in your room! And visualize yourself running :-)

There is definitely plenty of training I can do without running. Right now I'm actually feeling quite grateful that I can't run because I'm not feeling great (which is a tad scary given the circumstances).
And that it is Greg though those are more exciting because it means I'm about to go orienteering.
