Do you need new tyres maybe? Old ones tend to go flatter more often.

What sealant do you use? I usually use Stans and over the past few weeks I've picked up dozens of double gees in them and they've stayed up just fine (once I got the sealant into the holes).

Found the fault, small cut/slice in side wall. Dont know what sealant, but will get some stans

The two times I've had irreparable holes in my tyres (admittedly both were stupid Racing Ralphs), the hole was in the sidewall.
