I presume your shoulder needs easing back in gently though. Or is it more than that?
Still more than that I think. Dr again today
More cortisone shots, this time into the shoulder joint and under the acromion, followed by more aggressive PT. If it hasn't improved after 2 months, then surgery (scope in there and fix whatever they find, perhaps torn labrum but we dont know, perhaps shave the bottom of the acromion to make more space for the supraspinatus). Really hoping we don't need to go with the second option...
If it's surgery that's needed, it's what's needed.
