A solution to the cravings for the white carbs and sugar, please share. Mine I think is triggered by poor sleep, dark days and boring desk work
I can only imagine how much I'd be eating were I working from home! Drinking water when I feel hungry tends to work a bit. Bigger breakfasts as well. Like massive bowls of porridge/double portions of cereal.
We've been having Kefir for the same reasons for a long time now and anecdotally think it's a good addition to the diet
I had it a while back and can't remember what it did then. May just be something else, or maybe my gut flora is optimised the way it is!
maybe you need to ferment everything you eat?
