Look up the NHS couch to 5km. It’s an app and podcast. I was debating doing it so I didn’t ramp up my running too quickly. Maybe might be a nice structure for you too?

Yeah that looks about in the ballpark of what I did! I really don't have too much experience with run/walking, but I think as long as I treat any structure only as an upper limit on what I should be doing, then that could be good. (It's already validating the very hard decision not to do any of it today, sigh.) Fingers crossed!!!
