Nice to see you progressing so consistently. The walks are getting longer and the pace per mile keeps dropping.

Seems that you must be getting stronger in order to do this, no?

Definitely getting stronger and capable of longer walks. I've discarded most of the aids I had when discharged last March. Balance needs work though. I've never been much at walking speed. When the snow clears from the track, I'll see what a 20' mile pace is like. It's about time to try on & off jogging, too.

You do a lot of walking/hiking/snowshoeing miles every week. I'm all but retired, thinking that 60-90' daily for physical activity is about right for me. Winter is harder tho it doesn't have to be. Worshiping snow is key.
