So sorry you had to deal with all that! Unbelievable. I hope the pandemic skiers move on to new things soon. The downhill skiers can get back to their hills this week. Then we can come over and use our season pass!
You have me curious about the C3 guy. I'll check today's Facebook postings. It might just be someone who did a C3 winter race and got a hat as swag. I hope you got a genuine apology.

Ugh. Sorry you had to put up with that. We saw 6 people in 3 hours on the trails Saturday, including Bash and D.

Well, considering I've probably checked about a thousand covid screens every weekend since the beginning of Dec.
a) I'm pretty sure I know what the email message looks like!
b) the percentage of difficult guests is amazingly low, like maybe 4 or 5 in 3 months
c) it's still really hard to be in bad mood outside under bluebird skies on sparkly snow
It was actually a C3 mask the grumpy guy had and it may have just been from an from an event he did but there can't have been too many during this past year.
Chanse knows him. His name is John and he's in his 70s, and he ripped into Chanse as well when he tried to explain the problem. Apparently that is is normal disposition.
He was also one of the very, very few who used his buff as a mask even though we don't allow that either. At least he wasn't in a big group. No surprise there. Who would ever want to do anything with him!!
