I'm glad to be reading a good report from the Doc! but yes please take things slowly!!!! It is nice to read though that you'll be allowed to go back and just sit with teammates again and feel part of that group again. that will be a big boost i'm sure. Just remember that Sleep and recovery are as important if not more so than the actual training at getting better. As I have found out the hard way lately in not giving myself enough recovery and then bam unexplained injury, not worth it!

I will definitely be careful about it all, and I'm going to do my best to get good sleep. I am sooo excited to be able to be around my teammates though.

Good news! I think even just spending some time outside with good company will be really good for you. Still sending positive vibes!

What Becks said.
People are important. Contact (albeit distanced) will do you so much good.
The track work is almost secondary.

And there are numerous sportspeople who have successfully returned from Covid (like Novak Djokovic, who's just won the Australian Open).
