I’m happy to hook you up with my headspace password (sssh) if you want to try out their sleep casts. I listen to one about a nighttime laundromat that has me asleep in ten mins almost without fail. Let me know!

+1 to headspace - I like the monsoon one. Some health insurance companies will offer a meditation app like calm., but I haven’t tried it yet

Sleep Cycle. "Body Guide." You'll know someone listens to this one if they use "again, and again, and again" in conversation. It's become a family joke.

But it works!

+1 to headspace!!! In uk you can get a student account with both headspace and Spotify which I found totally worth it. Might be worth a look as well.

Thanks for the offer Becky, and the suggestions everyone!

I have a different app (Insight Timer for those interested) that has a bunch of sleep stuff so I have tried that. I'm going to just try around those and see if any help. I think that getting back into exercising will also help me massively cause I'll be moving more during the day (also, 6 am wake up for practice soooo)

Possibilities: "Evening Woodland Walk Home" (not a bedtime one, but still an end of day one), "Relax into Sleep" Mary Maddux, or "Surrender to Sleep" Aster Justine Haile, or "Back to Sleep" Happiness Insight.

Let me know if you find any other good ones!

I've been using the "Full Body Relaxation for Sleep" (Memory Lane) which I actually quite like.
