- it's not a "proper run" if you're pausing! :-\

Turf has changed us all into smartphone staring morons! We need to get back to pure running! Like the old days! :-)

Usually I'd agree, being a luddite technologist ( I know) but anything that gets people out, and to different places, is good, I guess.

Orienteering is a bit like that. You think you know somewhere, then you orienteer there, and you find all sorts of different places

I'm tongue in cheek here, it's great that it gets people out - including me, even! :-)

Also, I'm noticing i feel better for the breaks - during the run, and also recovery is nicer. That's me showing my age.

I'll believe real events when I see them, tho ...........

More bad covid news last night/ today so can't see O events happening for a long time. In fact, i do not see a way out of this ever, now.
