This is cool. Worth noting that the drone is capable of automatically following people while avoiding trees, I assume that is what's happening here.

Pretty much the plan although the drone did hit a branch. Seemed to stun it for a few minutes and then carried on

I assume he's carrying a beacon of some sort that the drone is following?

The Drone (Skydio 2) follows really good because it uses a GPS "Beacon" carried by Jasper and also, an app that the camera on the drone uses to recognize Jasper.
