You need to sort yourself out, Mark! Stop running!
The physio said I shouldn't stop running because then any scar tissue could solidify... Or something, pretty much stopped listening when she said running was fine.
To be fair I've more than halved my weekly mileage and it dropped to about 10% at one point
I think I had similar issues to you last December (what you thought was osteitis pubis originally) and then the issue with the thigh not too long ago.... I have put it all down to a misaligned pelvis, which a podiatrist diagnosed!!!
They both eventually went with a mixture of rest and cycling (which I know you hate).
Also now started doing Pilates, which I hope will help.

Cheers Paul, my girlfriend keeps insisting that Pilates will cure everything so I imagine I'll be giving it a go too post lockdown!
I wish it would cure my sweet tooth.... that's my main problem nowadays!!
