Discussion: BW's by Westonbirt

Was lit all bad or just the bit in the woods? I was going to try them at some point, but maybe not now!

Down into the wood was really nice down the dry valley. The wood was very sticky and there had been horses loosening up the mud so it was just sticking terribly and building up. I had been managing to keep pedaling with a clump of mud shaped from the clearance around the frame at the back and the little mudguard I have at the front but then some bigger stuff managed to get on the front wheel and really got jammed up trying to go through the mudguard and the wheel stopped turning. I had to turn it backwards to get the clump out to be able to clear it. once out the other side it was still fairly bad for about half a mile and I ended up carrying the bike but hen it grossed up some more and I road the top OK.

I would want it a bit dryer than this and would look to go the other direction if I do it again.
