bradc: I just checked it out on MemoryMap, looks lovely! Shame about the knee/hamstring though. A visit to Madame Mudge's Emporium of Pain, perhaps?

Jon X: I think that could be a good plan. Mostly just stretching needed though I think - it was quite a problem before LaSanta but a week of warmth and lots of stretching there seemed to help loads. Maybe I should just go back there for a bit as treatment!!

rachael: you won't find much warm weather round here at the mo!! that's one of my favourite runs though :) hope the knee/hamstring is better soon...

Jon X: Have almost forgotten what warm weather is like! I see you are off to Sweden - not sure it will be too warm there either - bet you are still glad you are going though, enjoy it.

rachael: we are at least off to south sweden so hopefully no snow, probably just 1oC and rain...!! Just got the training plan for it and looks like it will be a beast of a weekend :)

Jon X: Surely can't go wromg with south Sweden regardless of any cold and rain - looks like a good way to keep your the training hours at the impressive high level they have been at lately!

We are off for a training trip too, FVO group up to the Moray coast for four days - from the forecast it looks like we will be getting some rain ourselves....
