Cost you $0, easy to calculate.

Yeah that’s just another option you’re adding to the confusion!

Nah Garvey Park is awesome*, you have to go.

As to fees, well from experience behind the desk I don't even know myself what to charge half the time.

* I have absolutely no mapping bias for this venue whatsoever.

I would go with $10 long run for you, and Emma to shadow the two juniors. It'll be fine. :)

It is a great map and while I have a proven mapping bias for any of my husbands maps, I do find Garvey park heaps of fun. Also the kiosk, if it is open, makes a wonderful artery clogging bacon and egg roll and swimming in the river afterwards is nice!

My understanding is a member adult is $10 and you can do a second course for free. You can take your under 7's with you on the second course for no extra fee.

The family max of $25 is for members and only applies if the whole family are members.

If Emma wants to go with the kids as a non member she has to pay. She would be charged $20 of a non member adult, (under 7's are free with a paying adult for non members) so you can all have a run for a total of $30. Not too much more than the family max of $25 for members.

so there is no benefit in being a full member and going as a group with a non-member. Seems wrong.

btw I see your logic as it was one of my permutations
