The traveling man in warm country. When you run now days your slow pace is my blazing white hot fast pace. On a plateau now and I really maxed out training. If I race enough maybe that'll give me extra strength/speed.

I was thinking I was blazing new ground for speed as my average pace was down below 10:30 but when I look back I keep reaching that level and no better. Before the allergy or pneumonia shot two weeks ago I did have some efforts where a mile would be at 9 min or slightly better. It felt like 4:02 mile pace.

We visited Orlando twice in 90s (90 and 96...James may have Florida roots in his blood!...we went over to Daytona Beach once and Melbourne area once to golf. It's a different world for sure...Minnesota with sand and coasts and tourists.

Yeah, my brother lives north of Orlando so we visited him.
Mostly camping. Very different than our usual western adventures, but good!
Try the 1/1’s. It’s a palatable way to get in quicker stuff.

I'll just admit it...I'm not sure what you mean by 1/1's. Enjoy the trip. a good way.

As many as possible.
I usually start at 4 of them and have done as many as 20-24.

I do surges...for awhile I was up to about 15 give or take a couple...not one minute though. Thanks.
