Well I crashed :-). Couple of bits where I was carrying up and down steps that I could have cycled around, in retrospect. But, no, it was alright really.

Interesting to compare with other's routes
Mairi's (not all zones):

Roger's: https://www.strava.com/activities/4981136588
And Jon's and Ross's etc
They mostly have smoother lines but I'm not sure that they got them all. Your route certainly got them all. And even cycled through one of the two new neutral zones that appeared after you'd ridden through... d'oh! Only a minor 100m diversion to get the other one, too.

I find it really funny that Orienteers in general hate Score events (hence the Scottish Score champs were cancelled a while back) but folk seem to love turfing. Essentially Turfgame is just a never ending Score-O....

Any port in a storm, Will.

And most Scottish orienteers also dislike Urban, but Turf may change their perception of that (although getting them off their bikes and onto their rear hooves again may be an issue)

Running the city streets is too slow Steve. The navigation isn't challenging enough - hence the dodgy control placing planners get excited about. Now, bike-o urban I would enjoy :-)

I would need to invest in much tougher wheels! I think that I'm going to need to buy new ones by or before the end of this 4-week competition. And don't get me started on the punctures
