Beautiful 1/2 acre lot with generous garage, front and side porch, with dog containment area ;-), and everything you need in a compact, easy to care for footprint.

Though, a couple of those chairs look really comfy!

Woohoo!! Looks nicely laid out and a decent price for "Poconos". Reasonably positioned in relation to Hickory Run (of course) and some of the northern/western DVOA maps, and also Beltzville SP. And it's not very far from West End Regional Park (mountain bike and hiking trails).

Yay!! Glad this worked out for you. It looks like a terrific retirement home with one-floor living, a nice open layout, beautiful kitchen, etc. I don't think you'll have any trouble selling your current house - the market for sellers is great right now.
