I hope this helps bring some answers. I’m sorry to hear this is continuing to get in the way of getting back out running. Or walking up stairs. Or stretching with a “normal” heart rate. Keep up the positive attitude and your willingness to listen to your body. We’re rooting for you.

Hopefully it will. Have to wait until I get to the cardiologist to get any of the info off of it but soon it will come. Thanks :)

Screw the cardiologist, lemme make some attackpoint graphs of your data

Sadly is not the type of monitor I can get data off of. Its' a weird, special monitor thing that the cardiologist needs.

Glad to see you are getting some information. I presume the blood test was for troponin.

There were about 6 different tests they did, and the health center said they all came back fine, which I suppose is good (but also in the weird mindset of just wanting to find something wrong just so I can have answers and know how to deal with it? idk, kinda odd but just want to have a clue of what is happening to me...)

Cardiologist appt. next week, so fingers crossed for answers

Fingers duly crossed.
I know what you mean about wanting something to identify. Because then you can fight it. When you're feeling crap/ill/injured, but it hasn't been diagnosed or identified, you don't know how to approach recovery.
There's also the validation that you were genuinely ill, not just in your head.
We think too much sometimes
