Glad to see this recommendation. I last did these in February of 2020, and hustled out to the gym this morning to retrieve my wrinkled and faded copy of the instructions and do it. Took me a little more than the 12 minutes, but I am old and slow. Felt good. Now if I can get the frequency up from 1x a year to maybe 2x a week!

How often do you do this?

Absent a response from coach, it seems that this would be a good thing to do regularly. And not so strenuous that you would need particularly to recover.

Yeah, it didn't look too strenuous, but a lot of 'strength' workouts are suggested a couple times a week - so wasn't sure if I should try this 2-3x weekly or try to work it in every day.

Try it, see how you feel. Certainly every other day wouldn’t seem like too much. But maybe coach will let us know.

Most strength, or run workouts for that matter, typically occur 2 to 3 times a week. For us "masters" , who need longer recovery, twice a week would suffice. If you look at my log, I estimate the time at 14 minutes, I'm usually listening to the radio as I do them. I was doing 2 times a week, and definately getting stronger over time, I've cut back to once a week, mostly because I have trouble motivating myself to do them, just feels easier to do the pushups and situps, etc... I got this from this https://strengthrunning.com/. I recommend this guy (Jason) highly. He has tons of free stuff, along with podcasts.. I think he has great recommendations, I skip the marketing and the personal stories.
