Jayhawk laws are applied to zebra and pelican crossings?

If the Green Man's not doing his thing at the Pelican Crossing you're jaywalking right? I dunno, I'm not a CA resident, I've just been told. And I don't know the Zebra Crossing Laws, but in the UK if a pedestrian is at a Zebra a car has to yield. You can get fined if not (this seems the same in CO). At a Pelican you can't just cross when there's no cars like in the UK, the pedestrian has to wait for the Green Man or CHiP's and their tight shorts and sunny's show up.

Someone in tight shorts and sunny's serves chips at Pelicans? This is hard to follow.

You little minx. I keep your fetishes and Bianchis on your log. My log’s for man stuff like chafed thighs and weak knees (and souls).
