Well done.

Looks like a good quality race. Very similar to the series I used to do in around Telford 30 years back. My 5k pb back then would of put me 20th here whereas on the night it was 21st so remarkably similar.

I think it shows that consistency of training is fairly important.

Very good. Massive strength in depth!
I found (on facebook live) tons of videos from the fast 5km in Barrowford last week where Beth Potter broke the UK record with 14:41. Insanely fast conditions. Strength in depth crazy - I'd have been stone cold last in most races.

My plod up & down the portway was fast, but i need that little extra - I'm not going sub-18 any time soon.

Mine was 15:37 in Sheffield in about 1990. Absolutely no idea how. My legs are the same length & as thin? mind you i used to train every day.

Where did it all go wrong?
