| fthfl stwrd rudy: | Everybody knows about training hard, then having a rest day. But does this translate to eating habits? A semi-fast day, followed by a pig-out day? Anyone know of the effects of this? (Besides heightening one's awareness of what food deprivation could do to people in need) |
