Swampfox: I was not going to mention the Swedish translation, though it was a fairly accurate wayto describe how my running felt over the weekend.

bl: right, somewhere 'plat' is defined as flat and the Platte is a big, flat river in the also big, flat state of Nebraska amongst other flat states...once pretty special as the Great Plains.
