have a little class for your teammates to show us some mobility stuff... or steer us to some of your favorite resources?
My lower back/glutes are still f*#ked despite the stretches the PT gave me. Maybe it just takes more time...
given how I just strained a hamstring, I'm not feeling like much of an expert! the stuff does take time, but I'll link some resources I've managed to stick with
try to do these before each run:
https://trailrunner.com/trail-news/neurological-vs...https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/the-perfect-run...After runs is basic pushups, planks, squats, lunges, kettleball stuff (except with free weights, because I suck at buying things). I think core and balance yoga moves help too, though I'm learning a lot of runners have linked hamstring issues with too much forward bending in yoga.
Thanks!
I still think you could have a class. Maybe in AJ's new, expanded store :)
Maybe if the store is closed and it is not something that is advertised!!
We'll have to bounce it off the boss.
