have a little class for your teammates to show us some mobility stuff... or steer us to some of your favorite resources?
My lower back/glutes are still f*#ked despite the stretches the PT gave me. Maybe it just takes more time...

After runs is basic pushups, planks, squats, lunges, kettleball stuff (except with free weights, because I suck at buying things). I think core and balance yoga moves help too, though I'm learning a lot of runners have linked hamstring issues with too much forward bending in yoga.
