Can I just say reading your log I’ve been super impressed! You e gotten out and did something even when being tired. And your attempt at hills at 5am just wow! I couldn’t have gotten myself up to do that.
However, I will say please listen to your body! Forcing things also isn’t a good idea. If you’re feeling tired maybe try thinking about what you can do to promote recovery (a nap, different food, water, stress removal) instead of beating yourself up more.
Another thought I’d have is do you have any idea how your iron level is? I struggled with recovery in high school and it was due to low iron I eventually found out.
Be careful and remember there is enough going on in the world you don’t need to beat yourself up as well. You got this!

thank you, im trying to find that balance of training and resting, and I always feel like I'm not doing enough and that I could do morey and if I'm not completely exhausted and sore that I should do more... but that's also a good point with the iron level, I'll try and fond it out, because I have no idea what mine is. thank you!

It is a balance and it’s one you have to trial and error with sadly. But always remember the 10% rule. Don’t add on more than that as you build up. Also know that some people just can’t train as much volume. For example I’ll never train the same volume Ali Crocker or Alex were doing at their peak. My body wouldn’t handle it. So just have to train smarter ;) you got this!
