Don't feel bad about not doing all ten hills - your body was clearly telling you that it wasn't up to it. Sometimes it takes your body longer to recover than you expect. Just make sure you are stretching and rolling, fueling well and sleeping, and take the cues from your body about stretching. You got this :

Also, running that early is always going to be difficult. Are you doing it without eating anything first?

+1 to Bridget.
That’s mega early again to try doing a session and definitely if without fuel. Can you try training later in the day even if it is only the 5 instead of 10 hills for example?

Yeah, I don't eat anything before, but I tend to not be hungry that early because I eat fairly late, and I don't like eating before running- it makes me feel nauseous on my run. And I've settled on doing at least something that early because after school I can't get myself to do anything, let alone run regularly. Occasionally I get myself to do something later, but not very often... I like having a break after school.

But thank you both- I gotta learn how to listen to my body, because I don't know what's the difference between mental weakness/laziness or genuine fatigue. I still gotta find out how to distinguish that.

Not eating before your run can definitely also affect how you feel. I know it can mess with your stomach, but even if you don't feel hungry it can still be changing how you feel. You don't have to eat before, just recognize that it's likely making your workouts harder so be ready for that.

Thank you, I'll keep that in mind- come to think of it, would an electrolyte drink work as fuel instead of food?

definitely would help! really before a run you just need some sort of fast carbs, which an electrolyte drink would give you!

I love having a jelly baby (kinda the same as a big gummy bear ish) or two before I run if I’ve not eaten something for a while beforehand.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to get into the habit of doing that then!
