Wyatt: I was going to comment on your Sunday run, but it's not up yet.

So, good solid run overall. And it really goes to show that you should _always_ push in the chute. After 2.5 hours, a hard finish kick earned you medal in the Long O' Champs! Great job!

j-man: Thanks. Too lazy to enter it still. I'm hoping someone else could enter it for me :)

I haven't been pushing that much in the chute recently, although I always used to do it. It it weren't for Greg Lennon being there, and telling me that we should sprint, I wouldn't have done it. This was a blessing and pretty unusual.

speedy: This is another reason why we should do some real speed training on the track!!!

Other thing, you have to sprint final chute when others are cheering on you!!!

I barely could jog by the last control, but when Dasha started cheering me ... I gained a little bit ... then more ... and finaly I was moving full speed (and this was after leg cramped near #27).

speedy: Nooo, there is nothing strange. It's just competition spirit.
