| Torino: | Read your blog and looked at the maps! Looks very interesting and it really seems that you could learn a lot and trained very well.
Keep those Achilles tendons stretched! It seems like a family genetic curse :-(. Yoga stretches have helped me alot to lengthen the back, hamstrings and Achilles tendon (downward dog w/one knee bent at a time, as one example) |
