| Jubby: | Well done guys - the combination of a fast firm course with a big hill meant it was a real 'red-zone' race. I can imagine that it was the kind of race where you ended up hyperventilating after the first 800m and then struggle to get yourself back under control again, cause you just didn't get the chance.
Personally wish I could have been running too. Seems to have been a difficult time of year for the past few years. Ever since my good run in 2003, I've been eithered injured, ill or just coming back so unfit. |
