sounds like you had a real off day. Training has been going pretty well and previous xcs well too, so this is not representative. If you're feeling bad there's nothing like xc to show it. Apart from poor sleep any ideas about the reason?
im not sure, i just never run well at the nationals, i think the pace is just way too fast at the start which doesnt suit me. I think I just need more speed work, the east district races are always slower starting.
