What exactly is the injury that you have got?

All it is is a bruised heel. Of course that means, until it heals (heh heh), I can't have significant impact on it - like track running. Am just resting it until I decided I can run on it again - shouoldn't be too far off now and I'm pretty confident about still going to NOL 1 and 2.
