This was sent to registered competitors. Sorry if this is repetition, but I wanted to cover all bases.
Start times have been posted on Event Register.
An updated Walk-to-Start map has been included on the Run the Rotary website which is linked here
. This map also indicates where to park, where the latrines are, where to camp (for those who plan to do so), and where to pick up rental SI cards.
Any areas not depicted on this map are out-of-bounds and must not be entered before you race.
Please also review the Map Information section of the web page for mapping notes, and to download a separate map legend as needed; the legend will NOT be printed on the maps.
Note that there will some water at Start and Finish, but be prepared to bring and carry your own as Saturday is looking to be a warm day and there is NO water on the courses. No other post-race refreshments are planned, but there will be awards (likely food-related) for top three in each OUSA competitive age group (none for Open classes).
Hope you have a great time exploring this new-to-EMPO map! I'm sorry I won't be there to greet you but we have a prior commitment for May 14th.
