Discussion: Anyone need a ride from and/or back to Calgary?

I've cadged rides off other orienteers so many times I feel I ought to offer one when it might be helpful if not desperately needed, due to the absolutely insane price of rental cars anywhere near Calgary during the Stampede. I did not plan well ahead but I got lucky with a reasonably priced Turo reservation from early afternoon July 6 through early afternoon July 11, pickup location pretty central in Calgary. So anyone who needs a ride from Calgary to Cranbrook on the afternoon of July 6 and/or back from Cranbrook to Calgary after the races on July 10, email me and I'll be happy to fill my car to capacity. If you'll be staying in the group campground the COC organizers have secured, then riding with me for the whole weekend is also a possibility.

Note: there must be some non-zero chance the person renting their car out will cancel the reservation on me, whether because of a real problem like it breaking down and needing to be repaired or because they realize their asking price is much lower than the market rate. So accepting my offer will carry some risk of having to scramble to make an alternative transport plan.
