| DInglis: | Dude, an hour a mile? Slacker. :P
You should've come with me and Holly on our map run. :P |

| MMaxwell: | That's sprinting, the really fast sprinters can actually go 2mph, but only for very short periods of time...
(Note: intensity 5) |

| MMaxwell: | And plus, the two miles is just an appx., I honestly have no idea how far I ran... |

| MMaxwell: | And for some reason I end each sentence with an ellipse...

| TBorish: | ellipses are good things. i use them way too often when typing online.
what exactly was your workout today? besides lots of sprinting and form drills in between whistle blows. |

| MMaxwell: | 3x
Whistle blows: Choose: 75% striders High Knee Skip Jogging Fast Walking Do eight such sections, doing each item twice, between whistle blasts. Boring, and tiring, and I hate whistle blasts. Afterwards we had a big ab workout with a pushups component. Just looking at it, it really isn't that bad. It just was unpleasant. |
| # Posted 2008-02-27 09:25:17 | |
| TBorish: | That does sound like a pretty obnoxious workout. |

Yes, I do this often when large portions of my life are unpleasant. Think about what to do, I mean. Not actually do anything. Other than wait for the portions to go away?? |
