Make all your teammates do heel walks and toe taps (and toe walks for that matter, though I've never done heel taps...) and stretch their calves a heckuva lot and ICE, ICE, ICE, and replace their shoes if they're run-down, and liiiiiiisten to the warning signs and take it down a notch if their shins hurt at all!

| catherineols: | Oh, now that I think about it, yes, I have done heel taps, but they're actually heel dips which I do by standing on some stairs facing upwards and using my calves to go up and down... fun stuff ><;; |
