MMaxwell: Do we really spend an entire hour each practice not excersizing? I probably shouldn't put an entire hour onto my log...

TBorish: i included only time I was running, not form drills, hurdles, stretching, walking/rests in between sets, etc. So a lot of that hour is taken up by things that are exercise. I just didn't want to include the time spent in the classroom listening to Ted's talk or water breaks or things like that.

Lots of people report the entire time for sports practices. i just want to record what i did so in a few months i'll be like "wow, those times were so slow" (actually, I just like records of things) and if I'm calculating times and distances anyways, i might as well post a more precise time. Although it doesn't include all the stuff I listed above which still is exercise. Just do whatever works best for you. And you are spending that much time at track practice, so you may as well record it.
